We provide cutting services of various sheet metals and tins with our 4kW and 6kW laser cutters.
Sheet metal cutting limits:
4000×2000 mm and 3000×1500 mm
Maximum cut thicknesses: 25 mm (steel), 15 mm (stainless steel); 15 mm (aluminium); and 6 mm (copper). We also offer corrugated metal cutting services. Positioning accuracy: +/- 0.1 mm/m

We turn metal sheets into actualised ideas – your products.
We bend metals of up to 4 mm thick.
Maximum bending length: 3000 mm. 135 tons.
We weld boxes of various shapes and sizes, inserts, thin-walled metals and individual products, using the TIG/MIG/MAG welding techniques and Titan XQ 400 AC puls DW professional equipment.
A mezzanine is a multi-storey sub-floor system assembled on the basis of metal profiles. Such structures are used for individual expansion of the warehouse floor area for the purposes of office premises, production or auxiliary premises, utilizing the existing volume available.

Cutting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals
We offer aluminium, copper, bronze, stainless steel, steel and other alloys cutting services.
Individual projects
We manufacture experimental and serial products based on provided drawings and sketches.
Design services
We conduct a needs analysis; draw up a proposal (investment amount, implementation deadline); and organize production work.
Equipment
We operate two CY-LASER Italy fibre optic laser cutting systems: 4.0 kW and 6 kW;
Titan XQ 400 AC puls DW welding equipment; and
ERMAKSAN Power-Bend Pro bending machine.
